Very nice verse, thanks. No it's not MoinMoin, it's Hatta, an engine of my own. Somehow I always use something that I hack recently for my homepage – MoinMoin, Oddmuse, and recently Hatta. But I suppose you can make MoinMoin theme that looks a little like this. At the cost of losing some of its functionality, probably, since MoinMoin needs a lot of action links, but it's doable. – Radomir Dopieralski
